Cyrille has been part of many performance improvement projects (financial process effectiveness, project management support, financial back office process design, group chart of account and closing timeframe acceleration projects).
He started his career in 1996 with Arthur Andersen within the Accounting Compliance & Reporting department.
Cyrille is a graduate of the ESC Lille business school (1995).
Marc Antoine Cabrelli
Marc-Antoine’s work addresses financial performance improvement projects. He leads teams that define and implement Working Capital improvement programs, financing improvement programs, and optimize business cash flow management.
He started his career with Pomona and Vicat, then joined Arthur Andersen (later Ernst & Young) in 1996, where he was made a partner in 2004.
Marc-Antoine is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Arthur Andersen Alumni Association.
Cédric Hetzel developed his high level of expertise both in France and internationally on the topics of financial restructuring, particularly forming sales and cash flow forecasts, setting up financing solutions, advising on transactions in underperformance situations, and setting up operational and financial analyses.
He began his career in 2000 with Arthur Andersen in Paris.
Cédric received his engineering degree from the Paris Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité in 2000.
Fabrice has been part of over 100 restructuring missions, and has performed quite a number of transaction missions for international investment funds in turnaround situations or other special contexts, across all types of sectors.
He started his career in 1992 in the Auditing department of Arthur Andersen before joining EY and later Duff & Phelps.
Fabrice holds an MBA from the École supérieure des sciences économiques et commerciales and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
Frédéric specializes in the areas of finance function transformation, particularly improving financial processes (P2P, costing to quoting, planning, reporting) and producing figures.
He started his career with Arthur Andersen. He was also FP&A and Financial Director in France and West Europe for Dell.
Frédéric holds a master degree in finance. He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Guillaume honed his high level of experience in turnaround assistance services, in specific contexts of difficulty prevention, liquidity crisis management, arbitration and cash flow improvement measures, creating projected profit and loss statements and cash flow forecasts.
He started in 1997 in the Transaction Advisory Services department with Arthur Andersen and joined EY, then Duff & Phelps in 2008.
Guillaume holds an MBA from the École supérieure des sciences économiques et commerciales as well as a law degree from the Université de Cergy-Pontoise.
Xavier P. Négiar
Xavier Négiar co-founded the I.E.N. operational assistance firm over 20 years ago before merging with June. He also led numerous successful situation turnaround missions and operational performance improvement missions for small and medium cap companies across all types of sectors, both with and without executive board appointments.
His career was launched in the U.S. in 1979, working in the aeronautics and military sector with Hughes Aircraft Company before joining the staff at the Federated Department Stores group.
Xavier holds a BS from the University of Southern California as well as an MIP from the USC Marshall Graduate School of Business, and is also a member of the Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (ARE).
Frédéric Piolti brings his vast experience with working capital and cash flow management for medium sized businesses, industrial funds and private equity funds (liquidity improvement program, focuses on improving working capital, asset-based lending, reorganization and cost-reduction plans).
He launched his career with Arthur Andersen in 2001 before later joining Duff & Phelps in 2008.
Frédéric holds a finance degree from the Montpellier Business School. He is a member of several professional associations, including AFIC, ARE, and AFDCC.
Benoît is a partner with June Partners; he brings 15 years’ experience in Human Resources. His areas of expertise include leading complex transformations within a highly unionized environment (including requiring setting up a job-saving plan), practicing social relations and joint negotiations, and global managements of the Human Resources Division in periods of particular criticality (post-acquisition operations, reorganization, collective procedure, etc).
Before beginning his adventure with June Partners in February 2015, Benoit spent 8 years helping to develop HR practices within the I.E.N. firm. Before that, Benoit was HR Director at the Locatel Europe group, Assistant HR Director at Fiat France and Labor Law Legal Expert at the Carrefour Group.
Benoit holds a master’s of business law and a DESS specialized degree in human resources (Université de Toulouse 1).
Hubert specializes in the design and the making of industrial and financial partnerships of business, especially in the spin-off of industrial activities that are noncore activities and companies or distressed businesses. He brings, within June Partners, high industrial, financial and social engineering skills at the service of large groups and SMEs.
Hubert began his career in 1985 in the Ministries of Defense and Industry, and was a senior executive in the Thales Group and in AIRBUS Group.
He founded AKYA Consulting in 2005 and merged it with June Partners in 2016
Hubert is a graduate of École Polytechnique, ENSTA and has an Executive MBA from HEC.
